Every year, the Santa Monica Conservancy releases a survey to local community members requesting nominations for people and projects that steward history, champion sustainability, and celebrate craftsmanship. We then research these nominations through a process that culminates in the annual Preservation Awards. At this event, we recognize the role of historic places and local cultural narratives in shaping Santa Monica’s future.

This year, you have the opportunity to publish a tribute in the 2025 Preservation Awards print program. Preservation takes a village. Honor one of the awardees by purchasing quarter-, half-, or full-page tributes. Businesses are also welcome to purchase quarter-, half-, or full-page ads. View pricing and information here. Please note that the deadline to add a print ad/tribute has passed. All ads/tributes submitted after Nov. 1 will be included in the digital program, but not the print program.
