Annual Holiday Party

The Conservancy invites you to our annual Holiday Party! Enjoy a festive atmosphere, delicious treats, and the company of other preservationists in the English-Style Craftsman home of artist and writer Patricia Knop.

Built in 1910, the English-style Craftsman house was rescued and renovated by Patricia and her late husband, Zalman King.  The house is “a wildly individualistic wonderland of aesthetic recycling” and “an artistic and architectural pastiche” (LA Times). A Victorian ship’s head angel, religious Peruvian triptych, colorful carousel animals, ceramics and textiles decorate the home along with Knop’s artwork.  

Our holiday party is free for members and allows us to thank you for your generosity and support in furthering our work and impact on preservation in Santa Monica. Guests are very welcome to join us and may apply their $20 admission toward membership at the event.
